How The New Housing Bill Benefits You.

On July 30th, 2008, President Bush signed a new housing reform bill which gives First Time Buyers an additional incentive to own a new Bigelow Home now.

First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit

You can receive up to a $7,500 one-time tax credit. If you've never owned a home, or haven't in the last three years (that is, 2006, 2007 or 2008), you may qualify for this great opportunity. This credit is only available on homes that close on or before June 30, 2009. The credit applies in the year it's claimed on your taxes. You may be able to apply it to your 2008 or 2009 return, depending on when you close on your new Bigelow Home. Read more about this new legisation here.
